Genesis II Community Outreach Services, Inc. is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to providing support, resources, and opportunities for individuals facing challenges in their journey toward independence and success.
We provide information, referral, transition, employment, and technical support services for indigent, transient, adjudicated, disabled, and hard-to-place youth and adults.

Founder / CEO
Dr. Michael T. Williams is the founder of Genesis II Community Outreach Services. He brings more than 30 years of experience providing transitional, educational, administrative, and supportive services for underserved and disenfranchised individuals.
He is dedicated to creating opportunities and improving outcomes for youth and adults through education, community partnerships, and strategic support programs.
