Koinonia Gentlemen and Debutant Society (KGDS)

Building Future Leaders Through Education & Community Engagement

The Koinonia Gentlemen and Debutant Society (KGDS) is designed for college-bound students in grades 6–11. The program helps students prepare for future academic success, leadership opportunities, and personal growth.

Program Includes:

• College preparation activities
• Campus tours
• Financial aid workshops
• Scholarship and financial aid guidance
• Career exploration sessions
• Parental advisory board
• Community service projects
• Formal presentation/dance

Options for Student Success (OSS) Program

Supporting Students Through Structured Learning & Positive Development

Genesis II Community Outreach Services provides short-term structured day programming for students whose social, psychological, or behavioral challenges require an alternative placement.

The OSS Program works closely with schools and families to help students develop positive behaviors, improve engagement, and successfully transition back to their regular school environment.

• Positive Behavior Intervention Supports
• Community-based linkages and referrals
• Career and vocational assessments

Vocational & Transition Services

Preparing Individuals For Successful Transitions

Our vocational and transition services help youth and adults develop the skills, knowledge, and resources needed to navigate education, employment, and community life.

Services Include:

• Adult and juvenile re-entry simulations
• Real-world/micro-society simulations
• Career exploration
• Transition planning
• Technical support and training
• Community resource connection

First Impressions Vocational & Employability (FIVE) Services

Building Skills For Career Success

The FIVE Program prepares individuals with the skills needed to obtain and maintain employment. Through career guidance, training, and support, participants receive tools to improve their employment opportunities.

Services Include:

• Career assessments
• Employment planning
• Resume building
• Interview preparation
• Career exploration activities
• Job shadowing
• Internships
• Job development and placement
• Case management
• Supportive employment (Job Coaches)
• Long-term services and aftercare
